To explore joining us on the journey, you will have a good depth of experience and live within four hours’ timezone of the UK and thrive working fully remote. You will have excellent communication skills in English, and be able to self-manage with competing priorities and tasks.
Whether your part involves ideation and prototyping, design sprints, user testing, or it requires using your skills to build out code libraries, resolve bugs, reduce tech debt, you will be someone who works well with others, and puts the user first. You will appreciate really good design, and what it takes to get there.

Our Process
We believe recruitment is a two way street, you need to find the right team as
much as we need to find the right person. We also believe in the relationships
over documents, so you’ll find our process a little different.
- Say hello! We use an async format for you to say hello and answer a couple of questions. You can send your answers back as short videos, together with your portfolio or examples of your work
- A chat. We’ll have an online chat together: a mutual opportunity for us to see if we both want to continue the journey
- A challenge. We’ll set you a challenge taken over seven days based on your skills, with opportunity for you to interact with the team and have a full debrief at the end.
- An interview. A deeper dive in culture and character and the finer details of the role and a chance to meet with the wider team.
