It often starts with scouting, with asking the right questions, and continues through finding a redemptive solution.

We hold shared values, language and beliefs across the organisations we partner with, because when we align on values and speak the same language the outcomes are distinctly greater.

These values and beliefs carry a redemptive power, because they are rooted in the Christian faith. They inspire us, and guide us and lay foundation for a better future, together.

Although not all our roles have an occupational requirement to be a Christian, we do expect those who work with us and for us to have understanding, sympathy and respect for Christian beliefs to serve our current partners as well as possible.

Our style is agile. When we encounter challenges or ambiguity, we work through it, engage with design and engineering, and pair together to find the right solution.

We push each other to do our best work: inspired, bold, happy to rock the status quo and embrace a challenge

There is no problem we’re not willing to explore, because we understand the technical complexity underneath what we’re trying to deliver.

Our experience has given us the insight to ask the right questions, and uncover the hidden potential.

Since the beginning we’ve been remote first. We have seen the benefits of a team across different countries and cultures.

Using a growing suite of tools, we’re self-managed but able to draw on each others’ strengths and celebrate each others’ successes, whether by jumping into video calls and joining the fray on a digital whiteboard.

We prioritise excellent communication skills, so that we are able to collaborate with partners, engineers, users and key stakeholders alike. We each contribute our part to the whole body.
